Trip Design Packages

Our design fee covers the time, expertise, and personalized attention involved in designing a curated vacation package tailored to you. We coordinate your preferred combination of flights, accommodations, transportation, activities, tours, and travel protection — drawing on trusted travel partners to ensure a seamless and enriching experience. The fee is due after our consultation call and before any research or itinerary planning begins.

NOTE: Ideally, planning should begin one year in advance. A minimum lead time of three months is required. Requests with less notice may incur an expedited fee in addition to the trip design fee.

Standard trip design

  • Our Signature Itinerary App - Customized app with your daily itinerary, digital confirmation documents, emergency contacts, maps, and more (only includes components booked through Dogwood Travel Designs)

  • Travel Packet with hard copy confirmation documents

Group trip design

For when you are organizing travel with friends, a club, or organization.
Minimum of 12 travelers

INCLUDES

  • Reduced design fees, contracted group rates, exclusive benefits, and optional trip extensions for travelers before or after the group dates

  • An interest meeting hosted by our Travel Partner (via Zoom or in-person in the WNC area) featuring a no-pressure presentation about the trip

  • Guests direct all travel-related questions to us - not the group leader

Optional additional support

    • Promotional material to help market the trip (email announcements, flyers, and social media posts)

    • A custom FAQ webpage for guest reference

    • An in-person gathering (WNC area) prior to travel for a final Q&A and to distribute Travel Packets

Requirements: A designated group leader whose sole role is to invite guests to join the group by promoting the trip. Minimum of 12 travelers.

Lead Time: Minimum of 8 months. Best if planning begins 12 - 24 months in advance.

Starts at $150 per couple or solo traveler

NOTE: Due to the complexity of group travel, we accept only a limited number of group trips each year. Start planning early to secure your preferred arrangements.

Ideal for travelers seeking assistance with one specific vacation component, providing digital confirmation only, without additional support.
